Producer Resources

SCA offers free resources to help community producers complete their work.  On this page you will find required forms necessary to complete a production as well as other helpful resources intended to assist in the production of your program.

Release Forms

Producers are encouraged to obtain release forms from all parties appearing in their programs.

Production Forms

These resources are suggested for use on a shoot so that your production is organized and ready for editing.

Producer Agreement Form - Required for all productions that will use SCA facilities or equipment.
Shot Log Form - Recommended to log each shot so that when you edit your video, you will know exactly where each shot is on your tape.
